Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are selling their family home.
The couple, who recently announced they are getting a divorce after over 12 years of marriage, have lived in their Beverly Hills mansion with their three children since 2007.
And now, according to TMZ, 46-year-old Gwen is keen to move on and sell the impressive estate, which boasts 9,000 square feet, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a pool.
The site also claims that the luxury pad, which the couple originally purchased for $13.25m eight years ago, wasn't Gwen's choice as she prefers a more Spanish style rather the modern design of the not-so-humble abode.

The news of Gwen's eagerness to sell the house comes as she finally confirmed rumours that she is enjoying a new romance with her The Voice co-star, Blake Shelton.
A representative for country star Blake confirmed on Wednesday that the two stars are indeed a couple.
'Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating,' the pop star's spokesperson told Us Weekly, but failed to give any more details on their fledgling union.
The confirmation came following the release of pictures from inside Adam Levine's Halloween party on Saturday night, which showed the pair getting very handsy with each other.
The long-time pals and Voice co-stars were caught cuddling at the bash at the Sportsmans Lodge in Studio City, his arms clearly wrapped around hers.

It was the second night in a row the pair were together - they were also pictured leaving the star-studded Casamigos Tequila Halloween party on Friday.
Gwen filed for divorce from fellow musician Gavin, 50, in August after nearly 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Both are seeking joint custody of their three sons, Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven, and Apollo, one. Blake and singer Miranda Lambert announced that they were divorced after four years of marriage in July.
