According to Ryan Osborne of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, authorities in Arlington, Texas, have apprehended a male suspect who is believed to have shot a fellow fan outside of AT&T Stadium following Sunday's game between the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots.
